Relocated House Development

Cornerstone Building was contracted by Housing NZ to relocate 7 of their refurbished homes from the Rolleston Prison Construction Yard to Rowses Road, Aranui.

The site originally had 5 houses and was redeveloped into 7 sections for 4 x 2 bedroom homes, 1 x 3 bedroom Home, 2 x 4 Bedroom homes.

The refurbished houses were transported to site and installed onto new engineered foundations. New underground services were installed (Power, water, sewer and stormwater). New decks, fencing paths driveways, and garden were installed.

The end result looks fanatastic.
